American real estate developer and founder of the A.G. Spanos Companies. He bought a controlling stake in the San Diego Chargers in 1984.

He comes from a Greek family and worked at his father’s bakery when he was 8 years old.

He wrote a book called “Sharing the Wealth: My Story” about his journey from poverty to becoming a billionaire.
