Author of the famous 1897 horror novel, Dracula, which has been adapted into countless films. He is considered a Gothic writer of the Victorian era.
In 1878, he married Florence Balcombe, who had previously been romantically pursued by Oscar Wilde. Stoker and his wife had one child, Irving Noel Thornley Stoker.
