Dawn was born October 18, 1938 in Reno, Nevada. In 1959, young Wells won Miss Nevada contest, probably also thanks to her innocent look and superb body measurements. She appeared on many TV shows but biggest success was her role of ary Ann Summers on Gilligan’s Island. Wells was married once (to Larry Rosen), but divorced later.
