Modernist who became the youngest president in Ontario Association of Architects’ history. His designs included the Canada Science and Technology Museum and the Gatineau River Yacht Club.

He was a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II. After the war, he attended the University of Toronto.

His designs revealed a fascination with geometric shapes.

He married Audrey Lett and had four children.

He was a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright and Buckminster Fuller.
