Robert Brandt, the actress’s new husband, and her children, actresses Kelly Curtis and Jamie Lee Curtis were by her side when she died at her Beverly Hills home. For the past year, Leigh had been suffering from vasculitis, an inflammation of the blood vessels.

A spokeswoman for Jamie Lee Curtis told the Associated Press that “she died peacefully at home.”
