Mathematician who, most notably, worked on the Hilbert Tenth’s problem. She proved that the fictitious play dynamics converges to the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium in two-player zero-sum games in a 1951 paper on game theory.
She married Raphael Robinson, who was a professor at Berkeley, in 1941.
