Biography - A Short Wiki

Argentinian journalist and scriptwriter known for his human rights work, particularly the piece “La Patagonia Rebelde,” which detailed a 1920 uprising of workers in Patagonia.

He was raised in Buenos Aires before studying history at the University of Hamburg and becoming interested in the Socialist party. He also studied medicine and philosophy. 

He founded the Department of Human Rights at the University of Buenos Aires.

He lived in Exile in Germany during the dictatorship in Argentina from 1976 to 1983.

He wrote the screenplay for the 1988 film La Amiga, starring Liv Ullmann.
