Australian naturalist nicknamed The Crocodile Hunter who became popular through his work alongside dangerous animals on television, most notably on the television series that shared his nickname. He tragically died after being stabbed by a stingray in a freak accident.

He married Terri Irwin in 1992, and the couple had a daughter named Bindi in 1998 and a son named Robert in 2003.
