Named Shaquon Thomas but better known as Young Pappy, he was a drill rapper who was a member of a gang called Gangster Disciples. Some of his most well known songs were “Killa,” “Homicide,” “Faneto Freestyle” and “2 Cups.”
He worked with TFG Ent. One of his earliest videos published to the TFG Ent. YouTube channel was a freestyle that was posted in November of 2012.
He lost his life at the age of 20 after being shot dead. He had previously been shot in July of 2014, but survived that attempt on his life.
He was raised alongside an older brother named Ryan on the westside of Chicago, Illinois.
He and Lil Shawn performed the song “Shooters” together.
