Rocky Christopher “Rock” MacKenzie (February 14, 1947 – January 13, 2021) was a beloved Fine Brothers Entertainment personality, father, husband, and community member.

Career and Online Fame
Rock was a fan favorite on Fine Brothers Entertainment’s Elders React, appearing in more than 40 episodes—more than any other cast member. He also brought his thoughtful takes and trademark charm to the series Opinions, Gaming, and Advice. His humor, honesty, and warmth made him a standout on screen and a favorite among viewers.
Personal Life
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Rock eventually settled in the Los Angeles area. He married his wife in September 1969, and years later, they welcomed a daughter, Kimberly Spencer. Kimberly would go on to become an Amazon best-selling author. Outside of YouTube, Rock co-founded Rock’s Tree and Hillside Service, Inc. in 1976 and served as its president from 1983 onward.

Before his time on YouTube, Rock pursued a career in athletics. He even tried out for the 1964 Summer Olympics, reflecting his drive and adventurous spirit.

Rock MacKenzie died on January 13, 2021, at a hospital in Los Angeles. He was 73 years old. His death was due to complications from COVID-19 during the height of the global pandemic.
